I think Lion's Gate is releasing the Japanese theatrical sequel from 2003. This one, made-for-tv, hasn't been released in the U.S. at this time.

wrong movie.

This is Ju-On The Curse 2. It was a made for TV movie

That dvd is Ju-On The Grudge 2, which is a theatrical movie.
