Why didn't Harry tell Ron that Hermione really liked him and to make a move on her?

Through the entire series he tells Ron. I'm sure Ron knew but was most likely to scared to make a move on her.

I’ve wondered this too and my guess is it’s just a typical teen boy thing. “Oh you like her? Ok.” Now if they were teen girls it probably would have different females can read between the lines. “Oh you like him? Let’s get him to notice you!”
