Some guy "I hope Kermit's love can fix my tuber

Kermit "Rowlf it's really you!"

Rowlf "Hey Kermit"

It may not be a funny quote but it's good to see Rowlf talking again.

It's so funny because she calls them "Muffins" about...oh...three times in the movie.
