Snoop Dogg?

I've seen a picture of Snoop Dogg on the Muppet Central website for an article on scenes that were cut. It says he had a brief cameo but does anyone know why it's not on the dvd. Also, does anyone know what the scene was? In the picture he is sitting with Electric Mayhem members at the top of the stairs backstage. I'm just curious.

The scene was going to be the Mayhem singing and rapping with him, but it was too strong for what they wanted.

Its not on special features.
