old cop teams up with rookie, they have their diferences, they solve their case their chef gave to them(probably a black guy with atitude and speaks louder, so that everything here is a estereotype),and in the end they are best friends..cant hollywood find anything better these days???

I would give this film at least three stars if Harrison Ford's character turns out to be the bad guy, shoots Josh Hartnett, then tells the Chief that Hartnett was the bad guy and had to die. Roll credits. Now THAT would take balls!
