It's actually PG-13. Here's the site:

It says for VIOLENCE, SEXUAL SITUATIONS, AND LANGUAGE

at the end of the movie trailer *only the one on t.v not online* says it PG-13

I wish it was rated R but anyways I just saw the trailer on tv and it looks awesome! I like the trailer they showed on tv than online.

PG-13? well, looks like I'll have real low expectations when I see this...real low. :(
