Believe It, Hollywood Homicide is Smart

this movie presents a total mystery to me. I cannot defend it as a great movie to many other people, but it sure is, to me. I think it's pretty damn sharp and funny and breezy and interesting. it goes for broke and that is an absolutely necessary ingredient for any good work. the tricky thing is that not many people "get" it. what I mean is that it's so expertly craptastic that you have to have seen a good amount of trash to go with it the right way. it's a shame that audiences don't want to see these kind of movies anymore, material akin to 80s formula stuff, wholeheartedly satisfying escapism. see this for some silliness, some ridiculous contrasts all-around throughout, and some eye-popping cameos where actors go beneath slumming. what makes Hollywood Homicide smart is that I can't believe someone thought this dogsh*t up! and everyone was more than game to make it. enjoy. I know I will for many, many more viewings.
