Which ANOES film is your favourite?

The first and the tird one are easily my favorites.

I like all of them, the least I liked was NOES 2.

The first film and Dream Warriors are the best.

From best to worst, in my opinion. Nothing beats part 3, but of course the original is a close second ... 2010 remake not included in this list, it would be near the bottom anyway ...

The original is my favorite of the franchise.

I love them all don't understand why any of them are hated.

Let's take a look at the ones most fans don't like:
Part 2 is very dark and has terrific themes,Part 5 has also some cool themes to it and is just fun,Part 6 is just a great ball of whack fun & The remake is a cool new twist on the original's story.

1,3,4,New Nightmare & FVJ are all freaking awesome.

New Nightmare is my favorite of all the Elm Street films, because it got the series back to the dark roots of the original while adding its own unique ideas to the series (making it work as a standalone film as well as a sequel), and Freddy/the entity was actually genuinely creepy and scary again. The original and Dream Warriors are the best after that one, though.
