why is it that ryan looks and talks like he is 15 but he is really 18 in the movie? when did this movie first start shooting b/c i no it came out in 2004.

Apparently The Dust Factory was actually shot before another of Ryan's film (Mean Creek) which came out before The Dust Factory; so basically, it took a really long time to complete editing/final production.

Ryan Kelley, who plays the role of Ryan Flynn, plays a 13-year-old but is really 15. Believe me, I would know. I love everything about the kid .. he is soooooooooooooooooooooooo hottt ! ahh i love him hehe <3
