I have a few interesting questions

Hi there. First, I must say..I LOVED this movie heh..very good acting, and yes Rocky was a total hottie lol. But alas..no fan fiction for this movie? Fanfiction.net is awaitin for juicy stories like this one heh. Also, what was the deal with the grandmother who died and her one eye being open? One of the kids said that there was a myth or something that goes if someone's eye is open when they die that someone close to them would be next. Just curious..where did this urban myth come from? I personally think the story coulda been a bit longer, maybe told why and how Ryan became mute, about his grandfather (you never know if he actually dies at the end or not), and maybe some Rocky/Ryan backstory heh. Overall tho, fabulous film. It really does convey a good message for all those who seem to be stuck somewhere, having trouble letting go or moving on, that there IS more to life than just "one long winter" as Ryan tells Melanie. And it seems that the place Ryan wakes up in when he falls into the lake is sorta like Heaven, some kind of Summerland. It gives you something to look forward to eh.
