I admire jer' et et al and Sienfeld was reasonably amusing but I started dozing through this until that demonic litte sprite of hate orny showed up...

Although repulsive as a person in this who cares about that? He was compelling and fascinating to watch..pure car crash gonzo porn...fantastic. The movie shunted into a sprint every time he came on, compared to jer' shuffling about amiably in his slip ons...

His stand up act was fine I thought - nothing special but ok - but suffered next to his dynamically demonic personality...

What a character..Id love to see a doc on just him..

Interesting review. I enjoyed this movie as well. I think Orny was meant to be a kind of dose of reality for any aspiring comic watching this. You're much more likely to take the route of this guy than Jerry. He's the Daffy Duck and Jerry is Bugs Bunny.

Orny is entertaining the same way watching Jerry Springer is entertaining, because you can't believe that people live this way. He's a walking train wreck and almost the complete opposite of Jerry in every way, it's an interesting contrast.

Well it's just a guess but... maybe 90% of the people who watched this movie? There's no way I'd pay money to watch this guy, not when there are comedians like Steven Wright who are funnier and come without the douchiness.
