Who canceled Stifler's reservation at the hotel?

Maybe I missed that detail, but who canceled Stifler's reservation? Was it Finch?

Yes, it is in one of the deleted scene of a special edition, as far as I remember (with Finch making another Stifler's gross behavior imitation soon after).

Did the original cut of the movie not show Finch acting "totally innocent" towards Stiffler?? Cause that's what gives it away that Finch cancelled it.
