Why does the sign at saying welcome to perfection say that the population is 14. I cant even think of 10 people in the series who actually live in perfection. I know that in the first movie there are 14 people living in perfection but dont you think they could of at least got a new sign?

Maybe they count some graboids.
MAybe they just dont want a new sign.

Actually they got a new sign from the third movie till the tv series. In the third movie the sign says population 5.
