HELP! Can I replay a level?

I'm at the WWI stage and I think I messed up, either that or I am totally lost as to where I am and where I should go, so I want to start from the beginning of that level and redo everything, so is this possible?

reply

Unfortunately no levels can be replayed in the game (not counting the options menu after defeating all ancients). There are little secrets in levels one can find to help them in later levels and make the game easier. If you miss them it is kind of too bad. However, I believe the game is programmed so that one can never actually get stuck and can not movie forwards (well it has never happened to me any ways).

Where are you stuck? What are you having problems with?

reply

In case you're wondering. There's no way of screwing up the game in a way that you can't continue. I've finished the game having missed out on scrolls and codeces. Sometimes it's annoying. But as SN said, you can't get stuck.

We could help out with a problem though ;)

I'm stuck in Peter's level too. I simply cannot find the Magical Elixir anywhere and this is the 4th or 5th time I've gone through this game. It's really irritating.

You don't realize that it's all compromise and the problems are so overrated

reply

You don't need the elixir to finish, in fact, I don't remember ever using it at all.

It's in the place where Paul Luther's friend, the custodian was sacrificed.

With my horrible timing I need it. I feel so stupid for not finding it before. I could have sworn that I looked and it wasn't there. Maybe all the insanity effects are finally getting to me.

Not unless you intead to restart them game totally. Try gamefaqs for some walkthroughs or you could tell us what the last productive thing you did was.

It now became apparent (despite the lack of library paste) that something had happened to the vicar;
