Well, this game is old but I don't care...I just got it.

So I'm sure this is a Sanity Effect, but who the hell keeps knocking on the doors? That's freaking me out! I left the grandpa's room and then someone knocked, I went in it and no one was there and now it just keeps happening all throughout the mansion.

And also I saw this little bug creature (I think) and then I got sent to this room with all these colored circles that led to other color circles, and then I was back at the place where I saw the red bug thing but the red bug thing was gone. I just thought that seemed kinda random. It was during Anthony's chapter.

And was that picture really bleeding?

Oh and yeah that little volume equalizer thing showed up on my screen while I was fighting once, and it was NOT my volume equalizer. WTF????

This game is whack!

I'd like to know about the knocking thing, too.

As to the "bug creature," it's known as a Trapper. One of the spells you can get later allows you to summon one of these critters - they can prove useful. If they get you, though, and send you to that other place - that's called the Trapper Dimension. If you step on the color circle at the place you first arrive at while it's green, it'll take you to another part of the dimension where you can top up your sanity. If it's red when you step on it, you can top up your health in the area you go to. Same thing with the blue circle, but you top up your magic. The purple circle will take you out.

Yes. The picture was really bleeding.

And the volume equalizer is another sanity effect.

This game rocks. I like that people still love the experience of Eternal Darkness.
