what's the thing that appears at greatfish island?

the fish that gives info about islands tells u that if u come there when the moon is like half way to the left. "IT" comes out. anyone know what is it? is it a bog fish sonce thatt's the name of the island plus that's the island of the water spirit. anyone know?

I can't say for sure, but I'm going to guess that he's talking about the Ghost Ship.

If the revolution won't be televised I'll probably miss it.

To help anyone else reading this post, the answer is: The Ghost Ship.

The Ghost Ship will come out at night at certain islands when the moon is in a certain stage. A Ghost Ship chart can be obtained, also, to help locate this--and the chart must be in your posession, if I'm not mistaken, to actually board said ship.
