At this rate there will be like two species of the human race

one will regress and de-evolve, too scared to do anything / have an anxiety about most things and just essentially be ineffective

one will keep on going like its always been
however the good DNA will keep breeding with the other good DNA, leaving the first one to like splinter off, into like an underclass type race

Think about it, once mainstream media goes due to population chern and change of attitudes (boomers die out) there's no longer going to be that social conditioning reinforcing how great they are, and then they will realise and then people will write books about it.
But those people will still be weak and ineffective, raising weak and ineffective children, so they can go on and breed with other weak and ineffective partners, because that's all they can attract
