If an old lady cast a spell on you so you switched bodies with your mother, could you sue them? And for what grounds?

You'd have literally no evidence, so no, you couldn't sue her.

It would definitely make you question your life views though. You've basically just found out that magic is real, who knows what else could exist. It would most likely drive you crazy because you couldn't really talk to anyone else about it because they wouldn't believe you.

As has been said. No way to prove it. Nothing that could be used as evidence, other than witness testimony of the two people involved.

Also, under what grounds would you sue?

They'd rightfully lock both you and your mom's asses up in the asylum before the case is accepted for trail. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH

You can sue anyone for any reason. The real question is would you win the case. That is most likely no and you'd find yourself locked up on a 48hr psyc hold.
