The engine in the car you linked to isn't a factory engine option for that Supra nor any other Supra, and even if it were (it isn't; Toyota only put that V12 engine in limousines), it's far, far from stock like the engine I mentioned, which means your post is a non sequitur.
When you start talking about modified engines, the 426 Hemi, which was a factory engine option in the second-generation Dodge Charger, can make as much horsepower as you want (and can afford), all the way up to about 12,000 (the 426 Hemi is the basis for the engines they use in top fuel drag cars, which have about 12,000 horsepower and are the fastest accelerating wheel-driven cars on Earth: about 4 seconds in the quarter-mile at over 300 miles per hour).
