I thought at the beginning when Grace goes into the guys apartment she had a bandaid on her neck... am I wrong? If not, what does that imply?
shareI dont remember if she did but if so it was part of the ongoing subtext of the change. Whether it was aliens or whatever else is only implied but the people that got involved with Cowboy were changed(Also notice the eye color change for both Grace and Jon at the end).

Was it on the back of her neck? I ask because in the DVD extras, Jon Favreau says that that is the classic point from which aliens are supposed to withdraw blood, semen(?) and he implies other stuff is taken from there too.
