Genesis version is better than the NES version
It's the same game, but with better graphics and sound.
shareBut it's a helluva lot harder to play than the NES version. I mean, you have one extra button on the controller. I never can pass the speed bike level on the Genesis version. It's the jump ramps, the ones you jump up on to go flying. I always jump up but I never hit it.
shareWell I've got past the Turbo Tunnel level on the Genesis version, WAY past. I've made it to the 2nd to last section of Level 9! There's a part where there are two Sharks that basically give you no chance to pass, or try to hit them. Two bites and they kill you. I did manage to kill one of the Sharks once, the other one got me.
I still haven't passed Level 6 on the Genesis version, I always warp to 8. So obviously, I've never played Level 7 yet.
This game ROCKS! (They both do)
