A live action movie that is just like the NES version would be awesome. Save character and plot for something else. This would be an action intense thrill ride. The score should be as true to the original's as well.

A friend of mine told me that he saw a movie but I have not seen it.
Look for it in the imdb search box apparently there's one.

Actually, I believe there was a cartoon series based after Battletoads.

i would watch it just so i can see the dark queen. she has to be absolutely amazing to look at if a live movie were made.

There was a cartoon of the Battle Toad. I only saw it once though. I remember that the cartoon was about three nerdy guys who got together to play "Battle Toads" which was a three player game. Somehow they get sucked into the game and become there favorite battle toad and are needed to save princess Angelica. It was alright. I just wish I could see it again.

I was thinking that would be a good idea myself. But they need to have all the villains in it. I don't think it would be the same without Big Blag. And the 'Toads would be CGI.

Owen Wilson would probably play Rash.

I think Julie Strain as the Dark Queen would be perfect.

The toads would have to be CGI, though. Maybe for this, they could voiced by:

Jess Harnell (Rash)
James Arnold Taylor (Zitz)
Diedrich Bader (Pimple)

Who would make a better Dark Queen? Eva Green or Megan Fox?

I can see Mike Ohearn as Pimple.
