Why did Management sound like an old woman and have zero Russian accent?

Management was badly mauled by Lodz' bear. We don't know to what degree.

The lack of accent could be acculturation, or oversight on the part of the producers.

Impossible is illogical.
Lack of evidence is not proof.

Probably the same reason Justin's sister has zero Russian accent as well.

Management was the one thing that kind of spooked me about this show. At first, I thought Samson had made the whole thing up just to keep everyone in line. I never thought it was a real person!

We Just saw all 12 episodes. The ending was terribly disappointing!! Sorry I watched it.

You missed the 2nd season then.

It was planned for 6 seasons but the ed of season 2 gives a slight wrap up (and opens up a lot more)
