Does anyone recall when the slutty military wife was trying to seduce JJ. I think she was the reason he was sent to Vietnam since he rebuffed her advances.

because she was the wife of an important man, when she told her husband about jj, she got him moved to a different squad - one that was leaving for vietnam.

shareYes she did but her husband did not belive her. Even still he had to send JJ away to keep his wife at peace, save face and so forth so he passed him along forward in the system (with good praise).
JJ would have ended up in Vietnam either way only this way he got there sooner. You might recall that he after some time in Vietnam meets up with one of his old training squad buddies (the 16 year old kid whos excels at shooting).
