GREAT music and powerful finale

I just finished watching season 1... and wow. What an amazing season finale. I was so into it, I couldn't believe it when the episode was over!

So thank god I already have seasons 2 and 3 so I could start watching the rest immediatly... lol

Also: since I started watching American Dreams, I've been putting tons of 60's music in my IPod. I'm this close to styling my hair and dressing up like Meg! (Okay, maybe not, but you get the idea... :P)

To do is to be - Descartes, To be is to do - Voltaire, Do be do be do - Sinatra.

lol I know exactly how you feel. Anytime I watch anything about the 60's I get this urge to wanna put on a shift dress and style my hair into a back combed flip and head out to campaign for Bobby Kennedy and protest the war. 85% of my IPod is music made before 1980.

I'm 32..only listen to hip-hop and pop crap; after watching all 3 seasons...Leslie Gore, Nina Simone and Jackie Wilson now rule my IPOD.

What no mention of Otis Redding? The 50's-70's when the greatest music ever for teens, ended.

After a few of his songs were featured on the show, I realised that Bob Dylan was a genius and that his music really spoke to me. (I know that's a cliché but it does!) I love Donovan and the Byrds now too.
