Bring Back "American Dreams", Please!

I've been working on this petition for a while to bring back "American Dreams", so for those of you who liked or even loved "American Dreams" just like I ended up doing, here's what you do:

1.) Sign up for <change.org>

2.) Go to my petition for this link <chn.ge/1jXfjD1>;

3.) Send both links to all of your friends in order for them to sign the petition.

4.) Have all of them send both of the links to all of their friends in order for them to sign the petition and so on.

That's the way the petition will work if it ends up that way. Please, don't do this for me, but for the late Mr. Dick Clark, too. Thank you!

Why ? Its been 10years. The girls are in their 30's now. It would be 1974. Shame it was canceled. No one watched.

reply

Right. It's sad it was cancelled, and had no real ending, but it'd probably just be the people obsessed with Brittany watching, anyway.

Too late to bring it back. Other characters mainly Will Estes are busy with other shows. I looked up the actor that played Will and he has moved on from show business/acting.

If only the show had started a few years later. I think it could find a niche on Hulu or Netflix or even Hallmark..

Maybe a reunion movie to check in with the characters and fill in the blanks and find out what happened. Just about anything is possible. A made for TV movie is very different from a regular series for an actor. It's a much smaller time commitment.

A reunion movie would be awesome but I think we've seen the last of American Dreams. It's unfortunate because 11 years after its end there are obviously still fans interested. I think if they started showing reruns it would gain a new audience.

It's interesting you bring that up, and it's true about Will being the main one with something stable. This guy I remember was complaining saying that "American Dreams" was low budget, inaccurate, and that only Brittany has a career. He said Will being on a cop show with 20 other cop shows doesn't make him a popular actor, so that's why no one remembers "American Dreams."

Yeah, those channels would've been better fits than NBC.

I thought the show was interesting. It would be cool if there was a reunion show.
