I believe the show has ended. If so, thank goodness, I'm glad because it got very kiddie and lost focus in the last two seasons because of Playmates GREED.

shareI think what were getting next is TMNT Forever direct to DVD movie. It's been made by the animators of the 03 series. It involves the original 80s series turtles meeting the 03 turtles. Word on the street is its awesome! I haven't heard anything official saying the series has ended so this could either be a big finale for the show or a lead in to a new season or interestingly a whole new show. We shall see.

I bet they're gonna make it more like the 87 cartoon [more lighthearted, more jokes and less violence]. If I could only say it one word, I say.........Bastardized.
In all fairness, I like both the 87 cartoon and the 03 cartoon. The 03 cartoon [up until Fast Forward] was dark and that's what made it good. Ninja Tribunal had some cool factor, but then we got that suck ass Fast Forward. Then came Back to the Sewers [which I actually like better than Fast Forward].
Most of the Fast Forward villains [such as Jammerhead, Darrius Dun, Triple Threat, Viral and Sho'kanabo] just annoyed the living [BEEP] out of me. Even Constable Biggles annoyed the [BEEP] out of me. The Turtle Clones, the Inuwashi Gunjin, Torbin Zixx and Boss Zuko were tolerable.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Master Khan and Cyber Shredder [from Back to the Sewer] are better than the Fast Forward villains, though I thought the new Foot Ninja costumes just looked too damn corny. I bet that [like the 87 cartoon] the BTTS Foot Ninjas were robots.
