Of the ones I've seen:
(best) 1. 1987 original theme
2. 2003 theme (which was changed slightly in like 2006 but same thing pretty much - first one was slightly better I guess)
3. Turtles theme from the early 90's (slow version)
4. The Next Mutation Theme song (which was good / flashy and hip but my least favorite of the mentioned 4)

Of those 4, #1 wins in a landslide... the next 3 are almost tied.

Wow... just saw the fast forward one now... wtf? Lame.

Back to the sewers one was OK... haven't heard it 100+ times like the others ones I mentioned so I can't rank it but I think it would get annoying.

From Favorite to least favorite:

1. Original Series 1987-1994 Theme - No question the BEST TMNT Theme song yet. Even though this is the better series (Well at Least Seasons 1-5), the original show had the best music package.

2. 2K3 Series (2003-2008) the original Theme - Not quite as good as the original theme but has a nice rythum (sp?) to it. I actually like how they altered it in Season 4 to make it sound more like the original series theme. The music package here nearly rivals that of the original series.

3. Next Mutation - It was catchy "Na Na Na Na Ninja...Ninja Turtles"

4. Fast Forward - As dissapointing as it was Fast Forward season was it had a good theme, if not just for the instumental by itself.

5. Original Series 1994-1996 - As Mike said on this show, "There was some things man was never meant to tamper with" and the original series theme was one of those things. They turned the original theme into some weird Techno theme. "Teenage...Mutant...Ninja....Turtles"

6. Back to the Sewer Terrible! Sounds too punkish. Laird had completely sold out at this point and the show would have went out with a wimper if it wasn't for the "Turtles Forever" movie.
