Apparently it's been unofficially announced that it's the final season. That's what everyone says down at the Technodrome forums.

I'm sure sometime between now and 2012. It's not likely to get one because Nickledeon now owns most of the TMNT properties and they're making a new CGI cartoon from scratch. It's up to them what happens to the 03 Turtle cartoon.
