He has the best damn evil voice ever aside from James Earl Jones, Kevin M. Richardson or any others.

Pretty much. He's right up there with Tim Curry in terms of menacing voices.

Definitely the best Shredder voice. Very menacing. Very scary.

For me, it's harder to decide who is a better voice for Oroku Saki/Shredder

James Avery [who voiced Shredder in the 87 cartoon and played Uncle Phil on Fresh Prince of Bel Air] or Scottie Ray

Scottie Ray for now, but Uncle Phil was the best.

Nah. Phill was good back then, but that wasn't what the Shredder was supposed to be like. Ray is closer to what the Shredder was always meant to be.

Scottie Ray's voice as Shredder is awesome.
He truly made a memorable villain. He could be calm, cold and calculating and then have a huge booming voice of rage immediately afterwards.

Definitely made the 2003 Shredder stand out amongst all the others.
