I'm currently watching the 'same as it never was' episode, and the turtle's personalities in this reminds me of the mirage comics, and also the image comics due to the turtles all having injures inflicted upon them

any thoughts?

yea, that's what I thought when it first aired. this show really had some great episodes.

UPDATE:

Come to think of it, since they did an ep based on the Image comics, they should have done an ep based on the Archie as well, perhaps the Future Shark trilogy.
