This show was my *beep* back in the day. Would love to watch it again. If I could get it all then that would do nicely but to be honest I'm not too fussed about anything from Fast Forward onwards (it sucked). I can't find a full boxset or even full individual seasons. Can anyone help me out there? Don't know if regions are an issue with DVD's but I'm in Europe if it is.

I know the first two seasons/series was officially released here in region 1 (americuh), both seasons split into two parts. Such as, season 1 part 1, season 1 part 2.
The fifth season also got a release, titled 'Ninja Tribunal', composed in just one set.
Meanwhile Australia released the third and fourth season.
For better details, wikipedia explains exactly what was released and which region. You'll certainly have to do a lot of digging as I hear that these are hard to come by, as they've been long out of print.
Best option is youtube. If you want physical, rip 'em off and burn them to a disk.
