Has anyone bought Everwood on iTunes?

There is an HD option listed, is this the same full screen version as on the Season 1 DVD, or is it a different widescreen version?

Also, does anyone know if there are any plans for Blu Ray versions of Everwood?

all widescreen, no plans for bluray, it could appear streaming somewhere eventually
