While I liked each and every part of the movie (except for the Persistence of Memory part, but that's another story for another time), if I had to choose, I'd say it was when Heather Locklear came out wearing the black leather catsuit. I certainly wasn't expecting it, and when I saw it, I thought "Man, I knew getting this movie was a good idea."

There are many! I've never laughed so much in any other movie, to tell you the truth.
The art museum sequence is my favorite sequence, but a few lines that I also really liked are below:
Yosemite Sam slips on a banana peel and shoots the heck out of it: "Darn-tootin' cliche!!"
Bugs Bunny: "If you don't think a cross-dressing rabbit is funny, then I have nothing more to say to you."
Daffy Duck: any line
Oh yeah, and who can forget the Wal-Mart scene? I wasn't expecting that part either. Can you believe that someone, somewhere out there, has the time and money to build a Wal-Mart in the middle of nowhere? That guy *really* needs a girlfriend. ;P
