How did Napster know which truck?

This is something that puzzled me a little. How did napster know which truck to re-route just by analyzing the tyres? Was he looking at the weight or what?

Yup, just like any vehicle, the height of the rear wheel arch will be lower
if there is more weight in the trunk.

With 27 million worth of gold, it's heavy enough to lower the car by about
3.5 inches.

yep. as stated in the post before mine, the weight of the safe and the gold would preload the rear suspension of the truck making it ride low. its a very clever thing to look for. it can even be used in real world views for many things.

All that planning and Steve forgot to put deadweights in the two other trucks to fool the crew.

Didn't think they had cameras up the wazoo and control of the traffic system.
