um, it's a light gun game. Your cheapest bet would be to buy a used Dreamcast, find a light gun for it, and download the game off of torrents

Wrong section but I'll reply anyway, the PC version of the House of the dead is available to play over a local area connection (LAN) but unfortunately does not support Internet play.

House of the Dead 1 was not available on Dreamcast. The PC version of House of the Dead 1 also sucks :(.
