The kid who played Eddie Murphys son named Ben Hinton totally sucked. Okay, he is a kid, but that isn't a proof for no acting skills. Take for exampel a look at the rest of the kids. Ben Hinton looked always directly in the camera and ripped my last nerve.

I thought he was pretty good. He talked and acted excatly like kids do. And he was just soooo cute.
But then again, I didn't really focus on him the whole movie. At any given second you had like 5 kids jumping around, not to mention care takers and who else ever hapen to be there. So it was kind of hard to keep following just one kid.

Yep, looks like youre the only one. He did the job he was supposed to do. Tug at heartstrings. He was playing a shy child who had didn't make friends easily. I guess that fact was lost on you. If you'd seen the outtakes at the end, you'd see he was a pretty funny, witty kid. I saw it in the theatre and the women were just oohing and aaahhhing whenever this kid was onscreen. Some were even crying.

sorry but i think ben was amazing!!! he is so cute and played the role amazingly!!!! i cdnt have imagined anyone better to play that part!!!
