Name of Artist for the Picture over the Fireplace

Does anyone know the name of the artist or where you can buy a copy of the picture over Eddie Murphy's fireplace in the movie Daddy Day Care?

I want to know the same thing! We watched this last night, and I LOVED that picture with the storefronts and the approaching storm. I'm going to try to find out this week, and if I do, I'll post it here.

I liked that picture to was it a twister? It looked a whole lot like a twister to me behind the storefront.
