When Peter tells Aunt May the truth about how Uncle Ben died, he says "He wanted a car. He tried to take Uncle Ben's. Uncle Ben said no, and then he shot him. Uncle Ben was killed that night for being the only one who did the right thing."

Um, how is it the right thing to sacrifice your life to stand up to a criminal while you have a family? Not that it makes a difference, but he knew he still would've taken the car either way. All he had to do was give him his car, then the only difference would've been his family wouldn't have spent the rest of their lives grieving. Yet he decided to put them through that just to be a tough guy. What kind of loser does that?

If my dad did that, and survived the shooting, here's what I would've said to him: "You're not my dad anymore. You clearly don't give a shit about your family. If you truly believe acting tough in front of a criminal is more important than your life and your family's mental health, you seriously need help."
