The ending and the way she treated her husband

What happened at the very end?? It cut off at the part where Lee and her husband are listeneing to the tape. That's where it cut off and i don't know what happened after that. Did they show how she died? Did they show her husband's reaction and stuff?? Her poor husband!!! He was THE perfect husband too!! I think she should've told him instead of using it as an excuse to run around and "fall in love" behind his back. Seriously WTF?!?!? She could've told him and they would've been in it together. Being the wonderful, perfect man that he was, I'm sure he would've preferred her to do this. She ROBBED him of that. He loved her so much and she just went ahead and did something so incredibly stupid and selfish like this. I don't think it's right at all the way she had an affair. To me, that's a sin. To cheat on that perfect husband, even if you are 23 and dying and have never had sex with anyone else blah blah blah. It's still wrong. Just imagine, her and her husband could've gotten even closer, bonded so strongly, a love even deeper. I found it unrealistic basically how she went about the whole thing. I mean what 23 yr old finds out that they're dying, asks for candy, walks out of the hospital, home to a perfect husband and family, and doesn't say anything to ANYONE. And proceeds to dying alone?!?!? yeah right.

Okay, looking at your other posts, one to which I just replied, I'm guessing you're either a troll or very naive. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy this wonderful movie. I don't think you understood it very well. Her husband was perfect? She's wrong to have fallen in love behind his back? I don't get you.

BTW, I enjoyed this "wonderful movie", but I still think she acted as a slut on that issue... even worse, she made the poor Lee fall in love with her. More pain and sadness to spread before you go. Well done!

From the moment she wrote that wish on her list I immediately disliked the character. And to quickly take off her panties to a guy who got mad at a waitress because of a lousy espresso coffee?? Some self esteem you have, young lady!

Well maybe she wasnt really in love with her husband anymore coz they start dating when they were young and plus have 3 daughters ...so.... thats must be boring even If he was the perfect husband as u say....

And yes I also thought she was too selfish with everything the least she could do was to tell her family about the situation...

I agree, she's a SELFISH BITCH! She is part of a family, her death is not entirely about her, it also about losing a wife and a mother.

I can't imagine what her husband and the kids felt for the sudden loss. If she mentioned it to them they could've been somewhat ready.

BUT maybe she wanted her family to LOATHE her and can move on with life.

So her Husband was "Perfect"??? He was a apparently frequently Unemployed, and a terrible provider for his family, seeing as how they were living in a camper in her mother's back yard. He was a good looking, very kind man, but "Perfect"??? C'mon

Agreed. He seemed like a sweet tempered guy, affectionate and thoughtful, etc. He was also immature and she could not rely on him being employed. I'd hardly call him perfect. Then again, no one is.
