Movie not available digitally in U.S.

As the subject says, this movie hasn't been available digitally in America. Literally the only way to watch this film is by getting the DVD. Which is fine, but I hate owning "stuff". But I literally must own this film, because it has been my favourite film since I watched as a kid playing hooky at 15. It just always gets to me. Each and every time.

Anyway, Google Play just put up the trailer for the film, along with already making available so many other Isabel Coixet films! I'm pretty excited. Hopefully it will be available soon. 🐭

Well, the bright side of owning "stuff" is that nobody can take it away from you. Digital streaming companies like Netflix are able to remove any content they want at their own whim. If you own a film on VHS or DVD, it's yours, not theirs.

I saw it on Cinemax a few years back. I think you can rent it on Amazon now.

It used to come on cable TV quite a bit, but I've been looking for it recently, and haven't been able to find it on cable or streaming.
