Why was the African lady afraid of Red when he touched her on the shoulder?

no, I don't think it was her. I think Red was telling the lady to move along or hurry up because I guess she was walking too slow, and he touched her on the shoulder and was startled or afraid of him.
shareIn some cultures, it's offensive for women to be touched, even respectfully, by outsiders.
shareIn a War Torn Country, your fleeing for your life, through a Jungle, not enough sleep, nor food, from your enemy who is intent on torturing, raping and killing you, probably pretty natural to be a little jumpy 😨
Can you fly this plane?
