The Ultimate Guilty Pleasure Movie

Its corny
Its totally unbelievable.
Its too long.

And yet its one of those rare movies where the whole is so much greater than the sum of all its parts.

I think its because it made with such love that its almost impossible not to like.

And Emma Thompson is just heartbreaking - and will make you cry no matter how many times you watch it.

The score definitely made the movie that much better too.

I feel like I wrote both these posts. I'll add...the more you watch it the more you love it.

The music score is incredible especially when the boy runs through the airport.

Emma Thompson scene is heartbreaking. Kills me every time.

Hard to pick a favorite character, storyline or scene...it's all so good.

When it first came to theaters, I saw it with my mom.

We LOVED it. We saw it 3 more times.

Then we watched it over a dozen times at the 2nd run/cheap theater.

We bought the DVD of course, and have watched it 472 times the first year.

It is lovingly corny, and I wish it was longer.

The score is amazing. I nearly wore out my CD of the soundtrack.

Sorry it's puke inducing it's Richard Curtis's worst film it's even worse than Notting Hill

The parts ( Jamie & Aurelia & David ( the Prime Minister) & Natalie) were excellent the others were not so good.

I've watched it lots of times, and freely admit its a guilty pleasure. I love the dumb, corny, unbelievable sh!t out of it.
