Ha, ha, ha, you idiots lost! (Spoiler alert).

Although John Cusack and Rachel Weisz are just actors, something told me that being liberal Hollywood types their hearts were really with their characters' "cause." Therefore, at the end of the movie when they informed Gene Hackman's character that they had him by the nads and could prevent him from appealing, the smirks on Cusack's and Weisz's faces were probably genuine. That's why I was so happy in the fall of 2005 when President Bush slapped the smirks off of their faces by signing a law forbidding lawsuits against gun manufacturers. I would have loved to have been in the same room with Weisz and Cusack when they first heard the news that liberty triumphed over their totalitarian propaganda film. As their formerly smirking mouths hung open in astonishment, I'd have told them to choke on it.
