Why wasn't Dylan McDermott credited in this movie? He was on screen for about ten minutes at the top of the movie, and his character's death was the reason for the jury trial. Any answers?

Cameos often aren't and I guess it was a small cameo appearance?

Its a well known practice that cameos are not always credited.
