It's a fine movie as long as you can plod through the anti-gun rhetoric. I just imagine that, instead of an anti-gun stance, it is speaking out against Cheetos. It works better that way since Cheetos aren't necessary to the security of a free State. Only the pursuit of happiness.

shareIt's basically eye candy (Cusack) against a fantastic backdrop (the French Quarter)...you have to be a mental midget or a liberal to view the plot as viable. I wish they had left the plot as Grisham wrote it. At the end of the day, all you have plot-wise is both sides tampering with a jury to make a group of ppl who haven't broken the law financially responsible for a murder.
No wonder the liberals revert to base behavior on these threads--defense of the indefensible.
