What if this had happened in the movie (and in a real life case)?
A jury member: "Calm down! NICK and HERRERA seem very passionate about this. Why don't we use both votes?".
NICK and/or HERRERA: "What are you talking about? The gun company can't be guilty and not guilty at the same time".
Jury member: "No, I'm saying we declared them guilty but without asking them to pay CELESTE WOOD. They can be asked to read a public apology".
NICK and/or HERRERA: "How would that help MRS. WOOD?".
A jury member: "Isn't that what she wants? For them to admit she's right to feel the way she does? And if the gun company does what I said, it would affect their sales. They would still loose money, they just wouldn't give it directly to her".
NICK: "No way! She needs it!".
A jury member: "Oh? So she only cares about the money? HERRERA was right all along?".
