A movie from 2003 only has messages from June of 2009??

What did IMDb DO here?????

LOL, YES I am watching it! Came here to see what people had to say about it and nothing was here, hardly at all!

I wonder if it got full of troll posts or bad arguments between pro and anti-gun regulation people??

I couldn't believe it, it's the most bare-bones board I've seen on IMDb.

I like this movie very much and I'm a gun nut, LOL!

It's the performances and the way Fitch got "had." And who can pass up Gene Hackman??

From what I understand, and don't quote me on this, IMDB sometimes purges very old messages to save space. I am not sure of this, someone just told me this after going to other movies, and noticing the same thing.

Yeah, I think you're right. Depending on how active a movie's board is, IMDB allocates a certain amount of space to it. Less active boards have less space. So...apparently this board hasn't been very active in general. I think...

IMDb purges old threads on even the most famous movies. So much valuable content gone. It's a crime IMO since text takes up so little space it costs nothing to keep it all. Write to them and demand they stop this terrible practice.

Seriously. I own the dvd and I was sure there would be more threads. I'm a huge fan of this movie, mainly because of the cast. (HUGE John Cusack fan, I also like Gene Hackman, but they were all fantastic.)

This board needs more threads.

I don't own the DVD but I think I'll buy it - I watch it every time it's on TV!

It has an AMAZING cast - Oscar winners Hackman, Weitsz, and Hoffman and I love John Cusack, too! And Cliff Curtis?? AND Jeremy Piven??It's like a Who's Who cast!

It's worth watching for the performances alone!

Finally something`s happening on here!!!
I wondered too. Someone posted they might have deleted posts to save space but there are threads on other movies/shows much older with lots and lots of posts.
So why this one???

Don't know what happened with IMdB w. this board, but like all of you, I'm surprised at so few posts. Much older films (I just watched Boyz in the Hood) still have tons of threads and posts. Maybe it was because of the gun aspect of the film? Plus some boards that are slow do seem to attract trolls. Ah well, lets see if we can get a few more posts going here.
