This movie is good, till the end-then it turns bad SPOiLERS ABOuND!

I hate when things are all tied up in a nice little package in order to make a happy ending. The money is found and returned, the ex-wife covers for Denzel, the friend covers for Denzel, the ex-wife comes back and they live happily ever after. No reprecussions from all the duplicity that his character started.

I hated the fact that he didn't keep the one million dollars.

I felt the same way, the tension was really good through out the second half, with Matt trying to cover up his tracks. But the ending was a let down overall, in true noir style Matt should have paid for his complicit activity, but everything fell into place for him.
