Possible Aftermath: Count Me Out

This is a question reserved to all the die hard fans of CSI. Though I am not much of a fan, I have seen a few episodes from the series, and I haven't exactly been okay with the endings. This is cause they don't completely elaborate on the victim or suspect's fate. SO I am shouting out to anyone who has seen the episode to ask what they personally think should/could/would happen, going by the standards of real life, to the suspects/victims of the episode.

The only question I have about this episode is what do you think'll happen to Kevin. I know in the end, they said the drug making was a first degree felony, but I will admit I am not law savvy. How much time do you guys think he's facing, and what kind of plea deals do you think he could get??
